The rectangular workroom maximizes the effective volume, and the microcomputer temperature controller

controls the temperature accurately and reliably;

The tempered, bulletproof double-layer glass door allows for clear observation of objects in the workroom, and can be filled with inert gas;

The tightness of the door closure can be adjusted, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ensures high vacuum in the box;

Storage, heating, testing and drying are all carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, so there is no oxidation;

Application Overview

The vacuum drying oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposable and easily oxidized substances. Inert bodies can be filled into the interior by adding an air filling port, especially some items with complex components can also be dried quickly.

Digital display vacuum meter. The vacuum degree can be adjusted from 0 to 99.99 KPa through the panel, with an adjustable accuracy of 10 Pa. The panel displays the vacuum degree range of 0 to 99.99 KPa, and the fluctuation of the vacuum degree is ±10%. The over-temperature alarm cuts off the heating power supply;

Timing range: 0 to 999 min;

The pressure value and the vacuuming time can be set in stages. After setting, the automatic vacuuming is started. After reaching the set vacuum degree, the vacuum pump is automatically turned off and the pressure is maintained. After the set pressure holding time ends, the instrument automatically releases the pressure; (the insulation time is adjustable, the vacuuming time is adjustable, the time to maintain the vacuum degree is adjustable, delayed heating, delayed vacuuming.
